![]() ![]() ![]() Some unofficial phone apps appear to be using GameFAQs as a back-end, but they do not behave like a real web browser does.Using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary and even permanent IP blocks due to these additional requests. If you are using Maxthon or Brave as a browser, or have installed the Ghostery add-on, you should know that these programs send extra traffic to our servers for every page on the site that you browse. The most common causes of this issue are: Mine is Version 1607 OS Build 14393.Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. They got asked to verify the Windows Version via winver. I just see others ran into the same issue but it's on the Spanish Forum: ![]() ![]() I found a similar issue with Gears of War UE in the Forum and the solution was that a BIOS Update of the ASUS Mainboard caused some changes in the BIOS Settings but I don't have a ASUS Mainboard and also the BSOD might be a different one :( Maybe this is the cause of the issue? But then everyone should have this issue?Īfter the restart I see an Error Code 0x80070490 but I can resume the download and it starts fresh again. While downloading it first shows it will download around 38GB and then it changes later to 78GB. It tries to download to my D: drive with 92GB free space. I can download and play other Games too but they are not as big as this download of course.īefore the download it told me to free at least 80GB. It removes the whole download again and tries to download from scratch and then runs into the exact same issue. I try to download Gears of War 4 from the Windows 10 Store and each time shortly before finally completing the 78GB (it did go till around 77GB) of the Download my PC gets unresponsive and runs into a KERNEL_SECURITY Blue Screen (BSOD) and after a restart ![]()
